CurrentNullableDateTimeProperty class

An CurrentProperty with similar characteristics as a an ordinary dart bool object.

Then underlying bool value CAN be null

When the value of this changes, it will send a CurrentStateChanged event by default. This includes automatically triggering a UI rebuild.
