CorextraDevTools class

Central, in-memory DevTools store for the current app run.

Everything captured here lives only in memory and defaults to kDebugMode so it can never accidentally stay active in a release build. Toggle at runtime with enabled:

CorextraDevTools.instance.enabled = false;
