CPDFOptimizeImageOptions class
Downsampling and compression settings for one class of images.
A separate instance is used for color, grayscale and monochrome images.
These settings only take effect when CPDFOptimizeFlag.compressImages is
part of CPDFOptimizeOptions.flags.
