VoPhoneInput class
A country picker plus a digits-only number field.
The number is parsed for the selected country as the user types, so a
national number with a trunk prefix (07700 900123 in the UK) still
gives the right international number.
validator, onSaved and onSubmitted receive the full number in E.164
format (+447700900123), and controller is kept in sync with it.
initialValue takes a full number, which also selects its country.
