VoSelectCountryField class
Picks a country from a searchable list, with VoConfig.favoriteCountries
listed first. Each row shows the flag, name and dial code.
Starts on initialValue (an ISO code such as GB), falling back to
VoConfig.initialCountryCode. Changing initialValue later selects that
country. Flag size and shape, hints and the picker title come from
componentTheme.phoneInput.
