WrapNodeBox class
Sizes a wrapping list node (see ListViewProperties.wrap) and builds its
content. The flag given to builder says whether the runs must scroll
along the cross axis: true when the box has a set extent there.
Unlike a viewport, a Wrap can measure its items on both axes, so on each axis:
- expanded: fill when the incoming extent is bounded, else the design size.
- shrinkWrap: size to the runs (on the wrap axis, the longest line that fits the incoming extent; on the cross axis, all the runs).
- fixed, locked, flexible: the design size.
