SliderHandlePosition enum

Describes the vertical position of the slider handle on the slider.

middle indicates the handle should be half-way between the top and bottom of the chart in the middle of the slider line.

top indicates the slider should be rendered relative to the top of the chart.

manual indicates that the slider vertical position can be set every time the slider moves by calling moveSliderToDomain.
