DefaultBinaryMessengerWithMonitor class
The class copy form BinaryMessenger, but it has monitor channel profiler.
The default implementation of BinaryMessenger.
This messenger sends messages from the app-side to the platform-side and dispatches incoming messages from the platform-side to the appropriate handler.
