Reactive Comparable collection reductions and sorting extensions on BloomIterableElements.

Architectural Benefits

Extends BloomIterableElements with reactive sorting and extremum discovery. All list-returning methods yield frozen immutable lists via List.unmodifiable to safeguard state across reactive boundaries.
