BloomRealtimeChannelClient class abstract
Minimal realtime client contract that BloomRealtimeBinding wraps.
Concrete implementations (such as a browser package:web WebSocket client or
a server mock) manage physical transport, heartbeat ping/pong cycles, reconnect backoffs,
and channel multiplexing.
Ownership & Disposal Contract
The creator of the BloomRealtimeChannelClient owns its lifecycle and must call dispose when the client is no longer needed to close underlying sockets and cancel timers.
