at_utils_io library
Native-only surface for at_utils: everything the default barrels leave
out because it needs dart:io, or chalkdart, which itself pulls in
dart:io: the file, stderr and CLI logging handlers, the colours for
progress events, ApplicationConfiguration and PseudoServerSocket.
