ApptiveGrid class
A Base Widget needed to add general ApptiveGrid functionality to a Flutter App
This is used to look up things like the ApptiveGridClient for other ApptiveGrid Widgets.
It uses Provider to distribute dependencies to other ApptiveGrid Widgets
