SignupService

Sign-up owns the three-call sequence — accounts:signUp → register → accounts:sendOobCode — call-injected exactly like AuthService (services/auth_service.dart:46-52). Never calls exit(); every failure is a thrown AuthCliFault, and the command decides the exit code and the printed line.

resend's outcome — an enum rather than a bool so the command can print two distinct lines and a test can assert which one fired.
