ReactiveFlags extension type

Bit flags describing the state of a ReactiveNode.

All state a node needs during propagation lives in a single int, checked and mutated with bitwise operations — one field read instead of several boolean fields. The extension type wrapper gives the flags a distinct static type at zero runtime cost.

Todo o estado que um nó precisa durante a propagação vive em um único int, checado e mutado com operações bitwise — uma leitura de campo em vez de vários booleans. O extension type dá às flags um tipo estático distinto com custo zero em runtime.
