ProjectsScreen class
AppBar-less Projects screen: brand bar, new-project CTA, search, Drafts / Recent sections and a storage footer row.
When drafts and recent are both null the screen lists the drafts saved by the editor (ProjectStorage) and opens/deletes them itself.
