CacheBindingPlugin class
DDA plugin that detects @Cacheable on UseCase return types
and generates cache observer bindings in DomainState.
When a UseCase is annotated with @Cacheable, the generated
DomainState automatically calls .bindCache() on the slice,
enabling cross-view state synchronization.
