Creates a bus core. historyLimit caps the retained history ring (default 50 — enough to diagnose a session, bounded enough to never grow unbounded in a long debug run). feature is the active feature contract id (spec 1115, issue #1115 item 4) — the SAME identifier the slice manifest's xrayLayer and the xray deck's @FeatureOwned carry: one FeatureContract.id flows through slice + xray + auditor + receipt.
