Reads the typed WalletApiError.kind ONLY (never a payload — §5.4); a cross-network URI is WalletSendRequestFault.wrongNetwork (distinct, renderable), and anything else — malformed, oversized, a bad leg — collapses to WalletSendRequestFault.malformed. Pure + total.
