isSendable property

bool get isSendable

Whether a send may proceed to Review with this recipient. Empty / invalid / wrong-network are NOT sendable (the form disables the action and the status line explains why); a valid shielded OR transparent recipient IS sendable (transparent is honest + public — warned at Review, never blocked).
