swapAddressCheckCoverage abstract method
#390 — the render-only coverage read for the "Check older swap addresses"
sheet: how far the wallet has already checked (coveredSwaps) and how many
addresses are still to be registered + polled (pending; 0 = nothing
outstanding). COUNTS-only. Read-only, side-effect-free — safe to re-pull
while the sheet is open. Throws invalid-state on a closed handle.
