int get screenClearGeneration

Increments when the application erased the screen or the scrollback.

Unlike forceScrollToBottomGeneration this does not decide where the viewport goes. Inline agent TUIs clear and immediately reprint their whole transcript on every resize, so a renderer that jumped to the bottom here would tear the reader away from the same text it is about to draw again; it consults linesPushedSinceScreenClear instead.
