maybeMaps method

Returns the first available IsoMaps from the following sources in order: direct maps parameter, theme PickersThemeData.maps, or global TypedLocaleDelegate translation cache.

Returns null if no IsoMaps is available from any source.

This is used to access cached translations and flag overrides for rendering picker items.
