makePurchaseDetailed method

Opens the Microsoft Store purchase UI and returns status plus any Store-provided extended error code.

Use this method when the application needs to distinguish a Store status from its HRESULT diagnostics. Transport and initialization failures are still reported as PlatformException by Flutter.
