Debug-only: whether the last layout's cache-region admission ran on the BULK arm, deciding from a BulkAdmissionView over the precomputed cumulatives (true), or on the non-bulk arm, deciding from the per-nid offset and extent slots (false). Both arms run LayoutAdmissionPolicy.admit; this pins which one a test exercised.
