getter/setter pair

Cumulative count of structural-descendant walks (_getDescendants). Perf pin companion to debugSlideBaselineStagingProbeCount: an idle expand must not materialize the descendant list at all (the staging row source is a thunk, invoked only past the gate), so the pair pins both halves of the idle-tap contract.
