Future<bool> isRefreshing()

Returns whether a refresh operation has been triggered and is in progress.

Officially Supported Platforms/Implementations:

• Android native WebView (Official API - SwipeRefreshLayout.isRefreshing)
• iOS (Official API - UIRefreshControl.isRefreshing)
