overScrollMode property

OverScrollMode? overScrollMode

Sets the WebView's over-scroll mode. Setting the over-scroll mode of a WebView will have an effect only if the WebView is capable of scrolling. The default value is OverScrollMode.IF_CONTENT_SCROLLS.
