RtcAdapterFactory typedef

RtcAdapterFactory = RtcPeerAdapter Function(String selfNodeUId)

Builds the WebRTC implementation for one node.

selfNodeUId is the key the remote side will name this peer by, and is what a binding should use for any per-process WebRTC identity it needs.
