KnowledgeMetadataFilter class

Deterministic frontmatter eligibility, independent of retrieval scores. Values within each set use OR, except requiredTags, which uses AND. Different fields combine with AND. Identifiers are exact and case-sensitive; title/description containment is literal and case-insensitive.
