WASIComponentAsyncHost class final

Binds decoded canonical stream/future definitions to executable primitives.

This host layer binds validated stream.* and future.* definitions to typed Dart endpoint primitives, including primitive, owned-resource-handle, composite, and dynamic string/list stream/future memory copies.
