DiagramPropertyScope class final

What the inspector is editing: the selected elements, a connector label, the text being edited, the next shape of a creation tool, or the canvas.

A scope is a snapshot of one controller state. DiagramProperties.resolve turns it into fields; build a new scope after the controller changes.
