DiagramIcon class final

The icon of a declaration, such as a property's toolbar button or a tool's palette entry.

The declaring extension owns it end to end: name identifies it for a host's own icon set, and svg is the portable glyph a host draws when it has no icon for name. Glyphs are single-color SVG documents; hosts tint them with their icon color.
