DiagramRasterCache class final
Disposable raster projections; callers retain canonical geometry and paint vectors while an exact revision is absent. Returned images are borrowed.
Keys identify spatial/content slots. Revisions must include every paint and raster-scale dependency. Recording is synchronous, so asynchronous work never rereads mutable scene providers. Pending allocations count against the budget.
