Capability-only query; host admission is evaluated when removing.

completeRemovalInteraction(Iterable<String> elementIds) → EditResult

Completes an erasure whose preview has only highlighted candidates. The controller must own an active interaction with unchanged document content.

Adjusts a shape's value through one of its handles, as one preview, commit or cancel gesture.
