DiagramResizeTransform class final

One immutable resize mapping for every element in a transform selection.

Bounds are in the selection's unrotated frame. Points are mapped through rotation about the original center. The caller supplies admitted target bounds (including registry minima), ownership closure, and resolved frames. Results are published through ordinary validated transactions.
