NoOpTelemetryProvider class final

A no-op implementation of TelemetryProvider that can be used for development or testing purposes.

This provider implements all telemetry operations as no-ops, meaning they do nothing when called. This is useful for:

  • Development environments where telemetry is not needed
  • Testing where telemetry should be disabled
  • Prototyping before implementing a real telemetry provider
