VoxaAudioStats class

One audio stream's statistics, in the units Agora reports them.

Deliberately the intersection of what Agora asks for and what an SFU can answer. Fields with no counterpart in WebRTC's stats — Agora's MOS score, ear-monitor and AEC delays, freeze totals — are absent rather than invented, so a caller reading null knows nothing measured it.
