WidgetViewPortFactory class abstract

Dynamically configures ViewPort.

Given a BuildContext to the WidgetViewPortFactory.create function, an implementation is expected to produce a ViewPort instance. The specific ViewPort instance to be produced is defined by the implementation itself.
