CdpFlatSession class final
One flat session over a browser-level CdpConnection
(Target.attachToTarget with flatten: true).
Requests carry the session id in the envelope; on surfaces session-scoped events plus browser-scoped ones (no session id) — the latter are how target lifecycle reaches every session.
