UEncryption class abstract

Zero-dependency cryptography helpers: authenticated encryption, symmetric ciphers, one-way hashes, key derivation, reversible encoders and classical ciphers. All local; no method touches the network. Prefer seal/open for real secrets — they authenticate and detect tampering.
