String get id

A stable identifier for this install of the app on this device:

• Android — Settings.Secure.ANDROID_ID (per signing key and user; survives reinstall).
• iOS — identifierForVendor, pinned in the Keychain so it also survives reinstall.
• macOS — IOPlatformUUID; Windows — MachineGuid; Linux — /etc/machine-id.
• Web — a random UUID kept in encrypted IndexedDB, per browser profile and origin.
