An account as every read returns it. Contains no private key, no secret and no issued credential, to any reader.

The provider hosts the custodian connects to on this account's behalf, derived by
the custodian from its settings: the token or session endpoints issuance uses, and
the destinations external/accounts/probe dials (the object store's host, for a
storage model). The custodian MUST NOT connect anywhere else on the account's
behalf, so an egress proxy can allow exactly this set. Empty only for a model that
neither exchanges nor probes over the network.
