TreeSitterInputEdit class final

One ordered source edit in the coordinate space produced by prior edits.

The byte and point fields match TSInputEdit. The UTF-16 offsets and inserted text make the record self-contained for Dart editor/worker transport without transferring or flattening the complete document.
