TSDuration class final

Managed adaptation of Tree-sitter 0.25.10's TSDuration.

The macOS/Linux CLOCK_MONOTONIC branch stores durations as unsigned 64-bit microseconds. BigInt keeps the complete uint64 domain exact on every Dart backend, including JavaScript.
