SpecYamlFormatException class

A structural error in a *.docspecs.yaml file: wrong/unsupported format version, a key that does not match the metadata tree at its position, a malformed value shape, or (on encode) document values the tree cannot place.

Message-only by design. A format fault aborts the whole decode or encode — the native format is all-or-nothing under the SOM §12.7 round-trip contract — so there is no partial result to hang a machine-readable code off and no degraded mode for a caller to branch into. The offending path or key is named inside message.
