finalizeBridges method

void finalizeBridges()

Runs every queued extension callback (in registration order) and freezes the runner. Step 6.

Both executeBundle and the classic execute path call this implicitly on first invocation, so embedders rarely need to call it directly. Calling it explicitly is supported and lets you trigger the wiring at a deterministic moment (e.g. before the first script).

Idempotent: repeat calls return without re-running anything.
