SummaryCacheResult class

Result of a summary-cache stage execution.

The two paths are meant to be passed directly to AnalysisContextCollectionImpl(..., sdkSummaryPath: sdkSummaryPath, librarySummaryPaths: summaryPaths ?? const []).
