Update the window of remote video image

Note: When viewtype is TRTCCloudDef.TRTC_VideoView_TextureView is valid for Android

Parameters:

userId: userId of the specified remote user

streamType: Video stream type of the userId specified for watching:

viewId: Control that carries the video image
