TeadsRecommendationThumbnail class

A thumbnail image attached to a TeadsRecommendation.

Matches Android's OBThumbnail and iOS's OBImageInfo. isGif is Android-only (no iOS counterpart) and is deliberately not exposed here — see TeadsRecommendation for why the wrapper only surfaces fields present on both platforms.
