setTestMode static method

Puts the native SDK in test mode. Process-wide; never enable it in a release build.

Recommendations.setTestRtb only takes effect while test mode is on: native adds the forced-RTB parameters inside its test-mode branch. Native Android TeadsSDK.testMode, iOS Teads.testMode.
